"Salamanca was just a stopping point for us in our way to Madrid. I am SO glad we did. This little walkable city was one of my favorite places in our 3 weeks of Spain and Portugal. I can’t say enough about the NH Collection Salamanca! It’s old but beautiful and the staff is top notch! The location can’t be beat and breakfast was great! We definitely hope to make it back for more than one night. "

"The staff are 10/10 excellent for friendliness and just helped one woman and a dog so much. The location is perfect, right next to a glorious park, super dog friendly and at dusk the bird song is incredible as starlings roost in the trees by the hotel- amazing. I am back here on return journey"

"Let’s just point out that this isn’t a hostel really, it’s a basic hotel. There’s no common room or other hostel facilities. However, once you realise this, it’s brilliant. Room was spotless, staff very friendly and accommodating of bringing a bike, good room service, amazing location and the bathroom was fantastic"
