We had a wonderful six-night stay. The hotel has a great location - short walk from the plaza but far enough way to escape the crowds. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very professional. My husband and I enjoyed a really lovely one night stay here. The hotel is a small, boutique hotel, very close to the main Salamanca attractions. It’s beautiful and our room was lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive. If I could design my own bathroom, it would be modelled on the hotel room bathroom!

Fabulous hotel in a spectacular location! Beautiful interior and rooms, and helpful staff. The hotel is situated directly across from a quiet square with a gorgeous monastery/church, and the grand cathedral is only a few blocks away. Fantastic dining options within a 5 min walk. We will be back!!

Excellent hotel in a young & vibrant city

Salamanca was great fun with the energy of a college town. The Don Gregorio was ideal, in a perfect location with beautiful rooms. The staff was friendly and super helpful. We were only there for a day, but we'd highly recommend the city and the hotel!

The Don Gregorio - A Little Gem in Salamanca

The Don Gregorio was THE find of our vacation to Spain. It's a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The property is gorgeous and the service is impeccable. We felt like VIPs. I cannot recommend this property enough!

It is beautiful structure and tastefully decorated. The facilities in the room are great. It was disappointing the restaurant was closed the two days we were there. The breakfast was expensive but lacked quality.

We had a very large room (3.1) on the top floor with a private elevator up there. It had a couch and chairs with a coffee table. The bathroom had a separate jacuzzi tub, wonderful shower, and toilet/bidet room. The only complaint was how dark the lighting in the bathroom was. Their restaurant Ment by Oscar Calleja (one Michelin star) was amazing. We selected the short menu and the wine pairing. We wished we had been hungrier so we could choose the long menu! We liked it so well we had the Mexican themed breakfast one day. We had a recommendation for a great modern tapas bar called Bambu which we would recommend. We also had a fun cocktail bar experience at the Niebla Cocktail Bar.
