Lovely apartment in Salamanca close to all the sights

Wonderful apartment. Can’t fault it. Would highly recommend. Check in and out very easy. Exceptionally clean and walkable to all the sights. Parking is under the building and accessible at the rear. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Salamanca look no further!

Such a wonderful stay! Perfect location

Cannot recommend this apartment more! Perfect location, perfect apartment, and perfect hosts. With 4 people--and a lot of luggage because of a long trip--not an easy trip into Salamanca, but everything about our stay made it easier. Rocio and Manuel are absolutely WONDERFUL hosts, and my daughter is already asking about when we'll return to Salamanca. Thank you SO much, Rocio and Manuel!

Fantastic Apartment

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, and this is one of the nicest places yet. The location is perfect, minutes from the Old Town of Salamanca. The parking garage is safe and secure and only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment itself is absolutely stellar. Beautifully updated, immaculate, very comfortable and completely stocked with anything you might need. Rocio, the host was wonderful! We would highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay here again, if returning to the area.

Fantastic stay at Salamanca

Very nice apartment with a fantastic location. The apartment is as new with all the facilities and very well equipped. The apartment is very quiet, you wouldn't believe you are in a building with other apartments. The parking in the garage next to the apartment is a must (although at extra cost). City center with all the main attractions at 10 minutes walk. Several supermarkets nearby and also a choice of coffees where you can have breakfast. So, we had all the conditions for the fantastic stay.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor in a building with 9 floors and two elevators. There are two bedrooms (each one accommodating two people) each one with its own climatisation and full bathroom. The rest of the apartment has an open architecture with a living room/dining room/kitchen area with its own climatisation. The kitchen is fully functional. The WiFi connection worked and we could use Skype. The TV had international channels. The parking is in an underground garage a few minutes away. Everything is the way it was described on the website. The owners made significant efforts to accommodate us.

Fantastic Salamanca apartment in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay in this new, very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet building. It is very conveniently located and only a 5 minute walk to all the sites in downtown Salamanca. The apartment is on an upper floor of the building so also offers very nice views of Salamanca. Rocio made it extremely easy to coordinate getting into the apartment. Her and her husband's warm greeting and the beautiful condition of the apartment gave us a wonderful first impression of this beautiful city. They left us with a map and some directions to orient us to the city which was also very helpful. We would definitely book this apartment again on a return trip.

De passeio por Salamanca com todo o conforto

O apartamento está muito bem situado, muito perto do centro histórico e rodeado de tudo o necessário (supermercado, talho, farmácia, lojas diversas,...) e proporciona todo o conforto (até nos esquecíamos das temperaturas negativas no exterior). Muito bem equipado e com a apresentação que se vê nas fotos. A proprietária, Rocio, é uma simpatia e torna ainda mais acolhedora a nossa passagem por esta bonita cidade. Quando voltar a Salamanca é, seguramente, onde vou ficar alojado. Recomendo.
