Very enjoyable stay, the room was good although the shower was very unreliable. Very quiet although there were a few bars opposite. Special mention for Benny on reception, superb.

Hotel is fine, but far from being a 4 star hotel. While one of the staff memebers was really nice, helpful and welcoming, you better not have any problems. The director of the hotel is hysterical and will yell/scream at you; tell you you broke something and then threaten to kick you out. I suggest doing an inspection of the room upon arrival. I had two where the bathroom fixtures were basicaly falling apart, the second which cut my fingers. She also screamed at me with still bloody fingers, door open and in hallway. She also screamed because she apparently received the expedia check-in survey I submitted and she did not like my feedback about location not being as central as description made it sound. Several people saw it and two asked if they could help after she left. I immediately booked another hotel and left. Paid two hotels for one night, but it was worth it. I did not feel safe there because of this woman.

Safe, great breakfast and parking
Excellent location, you must try their parking (elevator down to underground), just be careful. Near everything, super excellent breakfast, near laundry ( 2 hours to wash and dry clothes after 7 days on the road). Friendly staff. Near very good restaurants: tapas. May have street noise depending on night.

El peor hotel en que me he quedado en mi vida. No lo recomiendo para nada. Es una improvisación de hotel. No llega ni a hostal.

Incrível. O hotel é muito bem localizado e o redor é seguro e com serviços. A estrutura cumpriu muito bem o que prometeu, o café da manha é excelente e muito variado. Os funcionários foram bem gentis. Nada a reclamar! recomendo.

Estuvimos una noche en habitación que daba a la parte trasera. La experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. La habitación era muy amplia, con tv pantalla grande, minibar y todo lo necesario para el primer café de la mañana, que nos preparamos con la cafetera Nespresso, sentados en la mesita y dos aillas que forman parte del mobiliario de la habitación. Solicitamos camas individuales y eran muy amplias y , a mi parecer, cómodas. Dormimos sin un solo ruido. El baño amplio con ducha hidromasaje. La ubicación estupenda, a escasos minutos de la Plaza Mayor. Las unicas pegas para nosotros: Faltaba un mueble para dejar la maleta y que el parking al que se accede por aacensor, es de pago, pero lógico pues son pooas plazas. Hay que tener en cuenta que en Salamanca si quieres estar próximo al centro, es un inconveniente general en la mayoría de los hoteles. Si volveria? Pues si se mantiene en el rango de precios actuales, seria una estupenda opción calidad precio.

Останавливались в этом отеле на одну ночь. Для отдыха было все прекрасно - большая кровать, тёплое одеяло, удобные подушки. В номере есть кофе машина, большая ванная комната с современным оборудованием. Удобное местоположение - Plaza Mayor рядом. Рекомендую этот отель. 5+

Super emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville de Salamanque Déçu de ne pas avoir accès à la terrasse sur le toit pour cause de travaux. Personnels adorables 🙂 chambre correct, le seul bémol est au niveau de la literie, le matelas sont très durs.
