First day i was there they put me in a room with no ac i requested one with ac since i was staying for 9 days they moved me to another room with ac the remaning 8 days were horrible hot hot hot poor mangmeent i belive they can do better!!

el lugar es muy diferente a las fotos que pone, muy sucio... inmobiliario roto, rropero con polilla, no tiene contactos, elevador parece que se va a caer, ventilador de techo se mueve mucho, boño horrible, pecima atencion, recepcion muy sucia y muy abandonada

No fue posible que personal del hotel accesara a reservación de Expedia. El mobiliario dañado, control TV dañado, solo tenían 2 canales abiertos, no tenían más. Estaba limpio y recepcionista amable. Entrada al hotel muy deprimente y vieja.

No recomiemdo ni por error ese hotel, las fotos dofieren en su totalidad, no tenian habitaciones a pesar de haber echo la reserva con anterioridad, querian que la cancelaramos y pagar otra tarifa más alta para que nos asignaran una habitación rápido si no esperar a que tuvieran una lista, cabe mencionar que llegamos como 8:30 pm sucio, deteriorado animales por todos lados, habitacion, baño, pasillos, escaleras.

Un fraude

Buen día. Un hotel que desde el comienzo, no sabían que tenía reservación, una habitación que el aire acondicionado no servía, la llave de la ducha no cerraba bien, nunca le dieron el agua en botella que anuncian, nunca tuve teléfono y el anuncio de llamadas nacionales es un fraude. Y sino les compruebo por mi reservación en internet me.cobean el desayuno.

Falta de mantenimiento en general de las instalaciones. De hecho el baño muy descuidado, sin aire acondicionado y mobiliario precario de la habitación. No tiene iluminación en pasillos y escaleras y el área de la recepción muy deplorable. El servicio del restaurante como buffett aunque sencillo es lo único rescatable.

Por el precio, hubiera esperado más. Habitaciones sucias y descuidadas Dentro de una, se enocntraba el boiler en el ropero y dentro de ese cubículo, latas de cerveza vacías y ropa interior.
