Peaceful Quiet Country Setting

This 4 bedroom*, 2 bathroom house, borders New York State forest land! The large deck and grill make it easy to have cookouts. Being only 6 miles from the heart of the village, you're far enough out for peace, quiet, and privacy, yet close enough to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and fun activities Ellicottville has to offer. This house sleeps 8 people. *Bed Configuration: 3 Queens, 2 Twins. Our properties DO NOT allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Smoking is NOT permitted in any rental property. During winter, four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driveway access. Please respect the neighbor's privacy. Town noise ordinance after 10pm.
