Questions from August were not answered requesting info on an additional guest joining us for a week.(is there an additional charge, is it allowed) We therefore assumed (incorrectly) that this was allowed and were charged once our friend arrived. We were upgraded on arrival and two days later moved. The cooking kitchen facilities were ridiculously understocked with one small pot and a frying pan. "El area de alberca y la playa están muy padres, amplias, limpias agradables. Las habitaciones amplias, en general comodas. Si ya tienen sus años, pero están en buen estado. Al personal le falta estar a la altura de la marca Camino Real. La comida está regular, falta atención de meseros y el ambiente en la cena no es buena y nunca apareció un capitan que pusiera orden."
