"The breakfast was just ok, not exciting at all. The bathtub could have been cleaner when I got there and I still didn’t get my $125 back yet. Also I just bought a Pepsi (that’s all they have btw) and a coffee drink and I was charged over $20 for that. "

"Check in was pleasant. The rep made us feel welcome and other staff even opened doors for us while coming inside. Our stay was good, the bathroom had a smell but it looked clean. All was well until the next morning around 9 AM house keeping knocked on the door saying she was just checking her rooms because their system was down. Not a big deal, I laid back down since check out was at 11. About 30 minutes later still in the 9 o'clock hour housekeeping came back to our room knocked on the door and asked us when were we planning to check out? Huh? Check out isn't until 11 so why does it matter if it isn't even 10 AM yet? We were so annoyed that we got on up and left. Never have I ever had hotel staff bother us twice asking what time we were planning to check out. This may be our first and last time staying there. "

"This was an outstanding place to stay. Everything close buy the rooms were really clean and the building was very unique and the inside was amazing. "

Only complaint Microtel should remove the alarm clocks from the rooms they go off in the middle of the night and it's nearly impossible to figure out how to shut it off, I think the person in the next ended up smashing it. Everyone has an alarm on their cellphone"

"I booked a Deluxe room with two beds for three people... but the sheets were very stiff, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There were towels for only one person, and the shampoo and soap were far too miniature—barely enough for a single person. As for the coffee maker, there was no outlet on the table to plug it into, and there were supplies to make only one cup of coffee. The refrigerator NEVER cooled down the bottles of water and juice I had purchased. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very friendly."

"The property was well ran, staff was friendly, and pets were welcomed, but I was overcharged $50!!! Not happy that the invoice doesnt match the final charge! Why was i overcharged!?? Hidden fees being stolen thinking people do not itemize their charges!? Unacceptable! "
