Feel the freedom, let your gaze wander...
Welcome on board in a vacation home that offers plenty of space for up to 5 people to enjoy life to the full. What do you do here first? Board the pirate ship on the castle lake? Take a walk along the lakeshore right behind the house? Or would you prefer a leisurely stroll to the Italian restaurant on the corner? It doesn't matter. In any case, one thing is immediately apparent here - the feeling of wanting to stay.

Shh! Please don't disturb us. That's what everyone here will be wishing for as they lie comfortably in their feathers. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two to three single beds. The open-plan living and dining area is a great place to meet up for meals, games, storytelling and watching TV, and from here you can also step out onto the balcony. In the well-equipped fitted kitchen, the dishwasher does the washing up and if you want to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

For those arriving by car, there are two parking spaces in the underground garage directly below the house. Bicycles can also be stored in a lockable bicycle room. This "new center" has been created in the heart of the municipality of Salem, with a town hall and library, a newly created community park, shopping and living in the Schlosssee-Arkaden - barrier-free and within walking distance.

Great Apartment at Lake Königsee

Very well furnished apartment right at the lake, where you can swim, including sand- and water play features for children. There is also a grocery store and an Italian restaurant in the house, which makes it very convenient. The property manager was superb and immediately resolved an issue we had upon arrival. The apartment itself was very functional for the four of us. We made some suggestions to further improve the seating area on the balcony. We hope to come back to this property next year.

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in Salem. Die Wohnung war sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Vom Geschirrspüler über Waschmaschine bis zur begehbaren Dusche. Der Badesee war vor der Haustür, gepflegt und ebenfalls sauber.Die Tiefgarage war super und auch bis 2,10m befahrbar. Rundum.... Alles gelungen und vielen Dank!
