The lodge sits on a quiet and serene property with beautiful views. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife (deer and birds). The home provided everything our group needed. It is spacious and comfortable. Amazing lodge in wine country

We had a group of 9 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The lodge is gorgeous with vaulted ceilings and log beams plus a river rock fireplace. We loved the wrap around deck and views of the valley. The kitchen is well equipped. We are already talking about our next visit, this place is awesome!

BETTER than the VRBO description. Plenty of room, very nice and complete kitchen, two refrigerators, kids enjoyed that foosball and ping pong, adults the work out equipment. It was very warm during our stay, but the A/C provided welcome relief. Absolutely recommend.

A gift from God!! Perfect gathering place to celebrate Grammy and Pop Pop's 60th Anniversary.

This property afforded a place to gather family that doesn't see each other as often as we'd like - Oregon and California. An amazing family friendly property. Room for all 22 of us. All the kids caught fish in the lake. Set up a slip n slide in the back yard. Had a movie night with popcorn and treats in the theater. Such a good time and great environment.

This house and property were great for our large group. Big yard to play in, space to walk around and pick blackberries, and we saw deer! My family throughly enjoyed our reunion at Fern Hill Lodge! It’s so beautiful, well maintained and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes needed to cook for a large group, and all the cabinets and drawers are labeled with their contents. Plenty of options for areas to hang out as a group. Amazing theater room, hot tub, and the kiddos loved their privacy in The Nest. A lot of great memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!

We gathered for a three-generation family weekend and loved our stay at The Lodge. The setting is peaceful and gorgeous, and the house is spacious, with many different areas indoors and outdoors to relax alone or gather for conversation. The place lives up to the photos!Polly has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Great directions for accessing the property. The place is exceptionally equipped with everything you need, and things are helpfully labeled. Super attention to detail. Communication with Polly was easy and quick. We had just one hiccup with the WiFi, messaged Polly, and she immediately fixed it remotely.This was our first stay at The Lodge, and, because it out-performed by far other large properties we've rented for this gathering, we're already booked again for next summer!

Beautiful home

This home was perfect for our first ever family reunion. It’s not only beautifully decorated, but so spacious, we didn’t feel crowded, even with 24 of us! The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there was just about every game and activity for everyone! I was concerned that our teens and younger children might be bored, but there was plenty for them to do. We did run low on dishwasher pods. I emailed Polly about it, and she responded immediately to tell me where to find more. Everyone in our group raved about the house and how much fun they had. Our 3 day weekend was over way too quickly! We would love to come back sometime in the future. Thank you Polly, for your attention to all the details.
