"The hotel was amazing, the staff were super nice and helpful. The little cafe for breakfast and food options were great. The cabin rooms were great with amazing views of the valley. The jacuzzi tub is a great addition for relaxing and taking the sights, and the sling net is fantastic for relaxing, reading, or just watching the wildlife!"

"We chose the suite with the jacuzzi, it was nice spacious and hot water. It does not have A/C so during the day when it got hot the room could get very hot during the day and night. The staff specifically Alberto is very nice and helpful. Honestly they can do a lot better on the breakfast for the price we paid the breakfast is very basic. No fruit or choices. You get the same breakfast every day (Arepa or bread eggs made at your choice small piece cheese, or you could choose granola and yogurt instead. Only drinks were coffee, hot tea or chocolate made in water.) No restaurant at the facility so you have to go out for lunch and dinner. So not friendly for longer stays, we ended up staying for a week. Also there is not much to do at the hotel either so pretty much you have to go out, there is no tv or anything like that in case you wanted to stay in. Again not that much is offered for the price we paid. Definitely a good place to stay for short term like one or two days or if you just want a nice safe place to sleep, but not a friendly place for longer stays. "
