Ready for fun? Stay downtown in Salida Colorado! We are the heart of the Rockies, and we are favored for our amazing weather, and multitude of outdoor activities. Rafting, paddle boarding, skiing, zip lining, hiking, and biking are just a few of the sports Salida is known for. Need something a little more relaxing? Wind down at one of our hot springs nearby, or enjoy fishing and camping at one of our great local spots!

Spring Break Ski Trip
We spent 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my husband and I as well as 3 teenagers. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very attentive. We would rent here again!

Excellent location, beautiful condo
The location of this condo is spectacular. Walking distance to all of the Salida shops & restaurants and right around the corner from the Safeway grocery store. It is newly renovated with a fully stocked kitchen and the laundry was key for washing our skiing gear after a few excellent days at Monarch.

Perfect Family Vacation
As a brand new condo, this was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. The area was very quiet as well. The property manager responded to all our questions very quickly. I would stay here again!

This 3 bedroom condo is in the heart of downtown. Just a few steps from restaurants, shops, and the river. It was very clean and the beds super comfy. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions! We had a great stay and would return again!

Perfect little condo steps from town
Our property was cute, well equipped and comfortable It had all the amenities of home and the beds were very comfy. our host was quick to answer any questions we texted to her we literally were able to walk out the front door and be in this quaint town would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Great Location
This is a brand spanking new property. It needs some items added, but I bet they are working on it! We were very pleased with the bedding and towel quality and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The location was right in town, so we walked to shops, restaurants, parks, the River, and even some hiking.

Everything about this condo is brand new. Very nice furnishings and premium location. Lisa was super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this property if you have a small group.
