Stunning one bedroom condo with private deck overlooking the trout-filled Arkansas River, and is just a few blocks from historic downtown Salida and its many restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks, and outdoor riverfront amphitheater.
Recently built, this 1,300 sq. ft. condo has a firm king bed, a gourmet kitchen, and 2 decks, complete with tables and chairs.
Leave your car in the one-car garage and walk or bike anywhere you want to go in town.

Your host is a local and will either be available throughout your stay, or will designate one of her highly qualified local assistants to be your point of contact.

Want to stay in and cook? You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining in the spacious living area or out on the deck over the river. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants. The deck has morning sunshine and afternoon shade--so it's pretty much perfect all summer long!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plus more! We especially enjoyed being close to the downtown shops and having a garage was an added bonus. The patio overlooking the river was also a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope we can return next year!

Great getaway for fall colors

A great condo in a great location

My wife and I stayed at the condo in October 2024 and had a wonderful time. Salida is a lot of fun. The condo is in a beautiful setting, and a short walk to the center of town. Clean and well-maintained, its a great place to stay.

Lovely. Again.

Third stay in this same condo. LOVE the view off the back deck, being so close to town, to the water, to hiking, and just 20 minutes up the road is Monarch. Condo is well-appointed, clean, and having a garage is a great thing too. What more could you ask for? Can't think of a thing!

The condo was spotless and had all amenities needed. A beautiful setting with two balconies to view the mountains right on the Arkansas River. Great Place! We will return for sure!

Had great week at this river front condo. It was the perfect place to start and end our fun and active days in and around Salida. Kitchen was well stocked and condo was so comfortable. Hearing sounds of river was wonderful. Great views and location. Would definitely stay again!

Stay in Salida

Our stay here was very enjoyable. Our place was spacoius with lots of big windows and light. We enjoyed being right on the river and spent time on the balcony overlooking the river. For a few days there was a family of mountain sheep across the river in the hills that we watched through binoculars. The kitchen was stocked with lots of everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

I want to say this place was such a blessing. It wasnt just beautiful and clean, it was right next to the beautiful river. This place is one of my favs. I grew up here in this town and now being able to bring my family and allow them to grow here in God country is amazing. I will deff be back here and am so greatful how is this place was to get. Thank you so much for sharing ur space with me and my family. 5 starts everywhere.

This condo is fabulous both inside and out. The unit is beautiful, well-maintained and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony overlooking the river is wonderful - beautiful view and relaxing sounds of the water below. An easy walk into the historic town and Riverside Park.

A Great Stay

There’s nothing better than having almost everything you want to do within walking distance. Then, when you return to your lodging, being able to sit on the balcony next to the Arkansas River! This condo was perfect for our visit to Salida. Great furnishings and a terrific view to boot. This place is so nice you don’t feel guilty hanging out in it! The only word of caution to prospective renters is you have to bring your belongings up 17 steps. For us, this was no problem at all, but I can imagine there may be some who would struggle with this. As for us, next time we’re in Salida, if this place is available, we know where we will be staying!

Great Location at the Riverfront Condo in Salida

We had a great stay at the Riverfront Condo in Salida. We loved enjoying lunch or happy hour on the deck overlooking the river. And the location made getting to restaurants, attractions, and bike trails a couple blocks away very convenient. This was our second stay there, and I'm sure we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time on the deck watching the water and deer. It’s a short walk to town, and convenient to bike trails. I recommend the farmers market, the palisade peaches were so good! We hope to stay here again.
