This independent cottage is a characterful house dating back to 1663, fully renovated, combining old-world charm with modern comforts – all-inclusive stay. Private swimming pool, open from 10 am to 8 pm (May to September, weather permitting) as soon as the weather permits. Unheated, salt-water, generously sized at 13m x 6m with a flat bottom 1.20m deep. Secured by a roller shutter. On-site, the owners' residence and their equestrian center will ensure your privacy (separate access, shared parking). On the ground floor: - Well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer). - Fully furnished living room with a cozy wood-burning stove, smart TV with Orange TV channels and Netflix. Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection. - Bathroom (walk-in shower, two sinks, toilet, washing machine). Separate toilet. - One bedroom (one 160x200 cm bed). Home office space. Baby equipment available upon request. Upstairs: - One spacious bedroom with games (four 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to make double beds, fan) - One master suite (one 160x200 cm bed) with private bathroom, fan - Separate toilet. Your host Eric, a professional photographer, also offers to organize a "family portrait" photo shoot during your vacation. Studio or outdoor location, rates and customized sessions available upon request. A visit to the equestrian center is possible with the owners present. Pets must be supervised (other animals are on the premises and the property is partially fenced). Salies-de-Béarn is 5 km away: thermal baths, golf course, casino, shops, restaurants, designer boutiques, spa and wellness center. The ocean is 65 km away.
