"We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and the staff were great. There was air conditioning and modern amenities. The breakfast had many options. The manager, Tanveer, went out of his way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Tanveer and Arun made sure our activities were to our liking. You can’t take a car here but the hotel staff were very helpful in helping us get to a pickup spot as well as helping us with our luggage. I highly recommend staying here."

"Beautiful atmospheric property. The reservation desk were not very responsive to email which left me very anxious about my arrival at midnight in old Delhi. Checkin took 45 min. Given how late at night it was, it would have been more thoughtful to allow me to the room and complete formalities separately. No information was provided at booking regarding evening events such as kite flying, classical music and dance. I could have planned my arrival to enjoy this if information had been provided by the reservation team. A property with great potential but service needs to be polished up."

"As always, the staff is good. The property was clean. Overall, I had a nice experience as a solo traveler. Washrooms were also clean. I recommend this for solo travelers; if someone is coming from abroad and wants a safe and clean stay, you should give this a try. It is near the railway station and airport metro if you are staying for hours."

"Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it."
