"It was good, people were nice and the location is great. Breakfast was nice, wish there was more but we simply appreciated that there was food available."

"We recently stayed at this hotel. Most of the services were excellent and the staff were very good, so we appreciate that very much. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The internet Wifi connection was extremely slow. Even YouTube could not load, so it was very difficult to watch TV or use online services. Also, in one of the bathrooms, the glass shower partition was too small. Whenever we turned on the shower, water splashed all over the bathroom floor outside . After every shower, we had to wipe and clean the water ourselves. The glass partition is not sufficient and should be improved. Other than these issues, the rest of the hotel service was very good."

"Stayed with our two boys. Great view from balcony, the location was perfect and could walk to almost everything in the area! Staff were nice, room was clean, and the beds are good (not rock hard). Restaurants were not our favorite but didn’t matter as we could walk to so many. "

"From the moment we entered the Lobby, you are greeted with a smile. Checking is was very easy and we even arrived about 2 hours before check in time and our room was available. That’s a BIG Plus for me. The grounds are spectacular! You can see how every little area is neatly manicured. Our room was At. It was on the bottom floor and we could sit out on the patio looking at the pond and listening to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable and a nice large size TV. My husband wanted to treat me to Quail Lodge for Mother’s Day and it certainly was a very nice treat as I totally had a relaxing time. We stayed only one night but we will be certainly going back again for st least a 3 night trip."
