Un hotel al que jamas regresaria a parte de caro esta muy sobrevalorado no merece ni 2 estrellas no incluye desayuno no tiene una estacion gratis de cafe en lobby no te dan nada todo se compra hast un cafe la piscina fuera de servicio el cual yo pague por ese servicio hay mejores hoteles en la zona mas comodos en precios y imcluye desayuno su cafe disponible 24/7 todo funcionando no vuelvo a visitat este hotel no lo recomiendo

Booked and had a 3pm check in but waited almost an hour and was told later that my check in was supposed to be at 4 when confirmation showed 3pm. They then had my card in hand but attempted a different card more than a dozen times with charges at 2x what the room cost was. Once that was resolved I got two different knocks on the door to see if someone was in the room by different people. The reason I booked here was for the pool and hot tub which were not available. When I reached out to windham they made it sound like these were my issues and not issues of the hotel. Will never stay here again. Should mention all people checking in had these same issues.

Upon arrival my husband and son were told that they did not have a reservation and that they (the hotel) could not provide them with a room. Only after my husband provided a copy of the paid confirmation and pushed the issue was a room - king bed reeking of cigarette smoke - provide.

The hotel is under renovation so that was expected. The room I checked into had not been cleaned and made up. I went back down to the desk and the night manager was completely unhelpful. He goes on to tell me that they don’t make up the rooms everyday. I said I just checked in and the room is not cleaned or made up. He still wants to argue with me so I told them I was leaving and to refund the cost to my CC. More nonsense from the manager, so I left. He never asked if he could set me up with another room. Absolutely a terrible experience. Don’t stay here.

Property is in bad condition with construction on first floor that makes it almost impossible to find the entry. The entry is small with areas that look like a war zone. Some rooms have numbers in them constructed out of paper while others have no numbers at all. The area used for breakfast is terrible. You would nor want to eat rhere because it looks unclean. Not the place to stay

Everything was pretty good with the exception of customer service. When we first arrived and entered the lobby (bags in tow), the young man at the front desk just looked at us. He didn’t welcome us, or greet us or anything. He just stared until I broke the ice and said good evening, I have a reservation, we’re here to check in.

Renovation was a surprise, unexceptable finishes.

The person who checked us in, was very proud to say that we were staying in a newly renovated room. Workmanship was very poor. I could provide a whole punch list of things that were not done properly or finished at all. When making reservation, There was no indication that the hotel was being renovated. Entrance and check in we’re in a dark dreary small side door. Not a welcoming or comforting atmosphere. Linens were stained and thread bare. Breakfast was provided in a small conference room with limited seating. Food looked unappetizing, gross. We could not bring ourselves to eat there. I feel terrible that they are investing, major finances into a remodeling that is sloppy and incomplete in what they considered to be a finished room.

This hotel is the most dangerous and dirty i have ever been to. Staff is horrible especially the manager. DO NOT STAY HERE. Drugs, people sleeping in parking lot, homeless, guns, dirty old sheets, dirty bathroom, ghetto staff. This is no exaggeration. Be safe for yourself and your family.
