I was able to get a good nights rest and wash up with clean linens and hot water which is well worth it. What is nice is that they are remodeling alot of the rooms and tapping into the potential of what the place can offer the company as a business.

Great!

Great location - close to where I needed to be. Very clean, shower was hot (A great thing!!!), bed was comfortable. Did have a couple water beatles & very small spiders - but as it just turned cold, I think the small critters came in due to the weather.

There were at least 10 large bugs in our room, mostly the bathroom but a few throughout the room which was unsettling. The beds were clean and comfortable. Only half the electrical outlets worked which made it difficult to get ready after the shower. The location is under construction so hopefully it’ll be better in the future.

Okay, but buggy

Lots of remodeling going on. Apparently, work is so noisy that the bugs all migrated to room. Okay, not all, but enough for to not leve anything on the floor (as if that would make any difference). TV worked, shower worked, comfy mattress, night and morning staff both very friendly.

Should close until fully renovated

Me and a few friends participated in the Seagull Century and was merely looking for a cheap place to stay for the night. Understandably, the company just purchased property that looked like was sitting for a while and has begun very early renovations. The property should be open until renovated section was completed. Staff were friendly but since I am a man who has slept in the bush and woods while in the Army, I could sleep anywhere, but I would never have brought my wife and kids to the property which is not ready for prime time.

I chose this property because it was pet friendly. Many of the units were being renovated and my friends in another room had a renovated room but ours was not. Most uncomfortable bed ever and felt coils, burn marks on the tub, chipping doors and paint, loud air conditioner, and unfriendly staff. Requested extra pillows because ours were so poor and they did not have any. Went out and bought my own because they were so bad. Dissapointed.

Slumlord motel

I would not recommend that motel to a devil. It should be a part of the city dump site. The owners doesn't about fixing the problems. All they care about is money. The best thing about staying there is that cleaning lady who was a very nice person. When the other guests smoke in their room, I had smell it in my room because there's hole under the doors and in the walls. Every day you have to beg for clean linens. This is a first for me and it wouldn't happen again.

At first glance the place looks abandoned. Traveled 12hrs so i got out because i already made the reservation and no vacancies near by. Lady at the front desk was pleasant. Driving to our room was like driving through the remnants of a hurricane. People were walking around the facility not sure if they actually were guests but just seemed sketchy. Small roaches running across the floors and walls. I counted like 10. Housekeeping and Custodial Staff were very helpful getting us towels since the ones in our room had stains not sure of what. Slept, showered, and left as quick as we could. I want my money back. :/

The property is under renovation. And it seems they are using the renovation as an excuse for the horrible conditions. There appear to be several rooms that have completed the renovation process. These rooms are NOT occupied, instead the rooms are empty with the curtains open so you can get a good view of what is not being used. Instead the rooms that are offered are smelly, poorly maintained, holes in walls,and ceilings with a bonus of roaches as well. And Yes, we left. Even after telling the man in the office of the conditions in the room, no refund was available because it was after the free cancellation period. We found a safe, sanitary and secure place to stay and feel like we were lucky not to have been unable to afford to relocate and stuck in a unsafe, unsecured, and most definitely unsanitary room.
