Situated between the forest, the ocean and Arcachon Bay, in the very heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, Bastide de Salles welcomes you to a 5,000 m2 tree-studded park with a stream that runs down to the Eyre, the nearby river where canoes and kayaks have right of way. The gîte is a detached house with a covered terrace, close to the owner's house (albeit not within sight); he will be delighted to share his passion for gardening with you. A 5x12 metre swimming pool is at your disposal. It is covered and ensures an ideal water temperature for swimming from May to September (from 10:30 AM to 1 PM and from 3 PM to 7 PM). The house is close to the Bazas-Arcachon cycling trail and is near the village. It has a living room with fitted kitchen, dining and lounge areas (wood burning stove), 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), a bathroom and separate wc. Electrical heating. Sheets included in the price. Bathroom linen, kitchen linen and house cleaning available in option, as well as heating and logs. Tourist tax in addition.
