"I didn't actually stay the night I had booked at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The highway between salmon arm and golden was closed for emergency avalanche service, and they refunded my entire stay. Even though I had booked a non-refundable stay, they still refunded me. Obviously this place is well managed and cares about people. "
