"Stayed for a week. My only feedback was when I arrived and several times afterwards, I asked staff the same question about my extending my stay in the same suite. No one could help me until the morning of my original check out. It seemed like there was a lot of new staff who were not 100% sure. The coffee station 24 hours was great and I really enjoyed the coffee. I will be back."

"The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. This room however obviously hadn't been swept and there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor in numerous spots throughout the suit (bathroom behind door, in front of mini fridge, between bed and nightstand, etc). We will not be staying here again, just not worth the headache."

"Staff were incredible. The room was generally clean with the exception of toothpaste that was on the bathroom wallpaper and crumbs beneath the glass top on the desk and the chair was soiled. Pool and fitness room were closed during my stay. Wish I had known prior to booking."
