"Pros: The location is 10/10 - perfectly central. The flat has a good size and is newly renovated. Everything is clean and makes a good impression. "Pros: Die Garage war perfekt, nahe bei der Wohnung und auch für große Autos geeignet. Cons: Der Check-in Prozess war aufwendig und nervenraubend! Vorher mussten sämtliche Formulare ausgefüllt werden, dann noch eine Diskussion über Zusatzkosten und kaum waren wir angekommen, mussten wir unsere Abfahrtszeit schon wieder bekanntgeben. Schließlich wurden wir noch hingewiesen, wo wir unseren Müll zu entsorgen haben. Der Check-in war ein einziger Stress!"

"This is a smaller hotel but nice and in a quiet location. The rooms as clean, comfortable beds, just very small in size. We had to put our large luggage on top of the cabinet as there was no space on the floor. The pool is small but clean. Check in was fast and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as they were fully booked for the weekend. There is a restaurant right across the street, looks nice, we didn't try it. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the hotel has plenty of parking around and under the property in the garage."

"1. Super friendly and helpful staff - reception staff, spa staff, pool staff, morning, afternoon and evening food service staff! All of them made an effort to make sure our stay was exceptional! 2. Beautiful floral throughout the property. About as pretty as we have seen. Raided beds a plus. Trees surround the property to ensure privacy and a feeling of being one with nature. 3. Wonderful pool and spa facilities. 4. Excellent food, morning through evening. We look forward to a return trip!"

"Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hoping to return in the future."
