  • Fantastic ground floor apartment in a very quiet area of Salou. Just a few minutes' walk from the coves of Cap Salou and Pineda beach.



    The complex has a large communal garden with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a Paddle court. It also offers 2 play areas for the little ones, which is why it is ideal for staying with children.

    The ground floor apartment is very spacious, as is the terrace with direct access to the large communal garden.



    With capacity for up to 8 people, it is distributed across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a single storey with a large living-dining room with large windows with access to the large terrace, a very well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom area is distributed in a master suite with its en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each.
