Beachfront apartment perfect for families - UHC PLAYAMERO 008
The PLAYAMERO complex is ideal for enjoying the summer, the beach and the best atmosphere of the Costa Dorada. Located on the seafront, right in front of the famous Playa dels Capellans, it offers direct access from the communal area of the complex. This is a small cove in the heart of the tourist centre of Salou, quieter than Playa de Llevant, with excellent services, good facilities and a very pleasant family atmosphere. It also has a pine tree area with a children's playground.
We have several apartments in this complex, which makes it an ideal option for families travelling together.

With capacity for up to 8 people, the apartment is distributed as follows:

The location of the apartment is really great, right on the beach with great views. Restaurant on site and a great beach bar out front. Close walk to all Salou has to offer.
The apartment itself was fine but it was quite basic with no amenities (even toilet paper or hand soap to start which is not a great experience). One thin pillow on each bed also didn't make sleeping very comfortable. However, it was a good size and our family fit in comfortably.
Check in was a particular problem. The keys needed to be picked up at a different location 20 min away and the entrance and access wasn't very clear so it took us a while to find it.

La literie n'est pas très confortable dans les 2 chambres enfants et la cuisine manque un peu d'équipement pour cuisiner (grande poêle, marmite)la vaisselle et les couverts parfait

La ubicación es perfeta. Lo apartamento es muy bueno e el condominio privado también.
Lo único que faltaba era el aire acondicionado en la tercera habitación.
Geniale Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren nicht zum 1. mal im Playamero, und ganz bestimmt auch nicht das letzte mal. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein . De Kochherd ist defekt und sollte ersetzt werden. Dies ist jedoch das einzige Reiskorn in der Suppe. Gerne wieder!

Ubicación expectacular
Nos ha gustado la ubicación, justo encima de la playa, con unas vistas increibles, y la cercanía del aparcamiento, en la misma planta que el aparcamiento y a pocos metros. Ibamos con personas mayores y esto nos ha ido genial. La urbanización estupenda para unas vacaciones en familia, y en la piscina es un 10 el que haya una escalera especial para que puedan entrar personas con movilidad reducida.
El apartamento es muy grande y bonito, aunque un poco mal distribuido, ya que el comedor es enorme y sin embargo hay dos habitaciones que son muy pequeñas.
El mantenimiento es correcto y la limpieza salvo algún detalle en general también.
El contacto con las oficinas muy fluido y muy rápido siempre, incluso a través de whatsapp.
Los colchones de las camas necesitan un cambio urgente. En la habitación de dos camas que hay al lado del comedor, uno de los colchones estaba hundido y era imposible utilizarlo.
En la habitación de dos camas que tiene un baño en suite con ducha, en las patas de metal de las camas hay unos tornillos que sobresalen bastante y mi padre de 89 años se arañó dos veces la pierna, teniendo que realizarle curas.
El hecho de que la habitación del fondo no tenga aire acondicionado es algo importante, ya que el aparato de aire está en el comedor sin posibilidad de que le llegue el aire de ninguna forma.
En cuanto a la limpieza, estaría bien ofrecer mantel para la mesa y trapos de cocina, junto con el kit de cortesía, además de alguna pastilla de lavavajillas y verificar que el mismo tiene sal y abrillantador.
También debería repararse y limpiar a fondo la ventana de la cocina que no podía cerrarse, ni tampoco tocarla por estar llena de grasa. Los cubiertos hubo que lavarlos todos antes de utilizarlos porque muchos de ellos tenían restos de comida pegados.
