Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room penthouse located on the 6th floor, with a total area of 60 square meters. The penthouse is spacious, bright, and furnished with comfortable and tasteful decor. It features a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room also has an exit leading to the terrace. The bedroom configuration includes one room with two beds (90 cm), another room with two beds (90 cm), and a third room with one French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm).

The penthouse comes equipped with a large kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso). The kitchen also has an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, the penthouse has two bathrooms/WC. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms. The penthouse also features a large terrace spanning 130 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea.
