The bed, balcony, huge rain shower, service, POOL (amazing temp too), sauna and location 1 block from the world class beach were amazing. The price was incredible too so giving it 5 stars. However, the smell of sewage from our 3rd floor toilet was unpleasant. We were only there for two nights so did not want to bother to switch. The AC control is tricky too. Ask the desk for a tutorial. Still 5 stars!!!

Couldn't fault anything, from checking in,the room, massive bed and bathroom .Breakfast something for everyone.Pool area and spa lovely . The staff, very friendly and helpful, made our 4 nights here very enjoyable . Would highly recommend and return.

Nice hotel. Staff were friendly. When we arrived at our room the outdoor balcony had rubbish on the ground which meant it wasnt cleaned and made us nervous about the room, however, the room appeared well cleaned. The rooms were spacious and beds were the most comfortable i have stayed in while away. The door out to the balcony did not close properly so there was alot of noise coming in during the night. The next day it looked like it was closed but there was still a little space even though it was locked. This let alot of noise in again. We only stayed the 2 nights so just mentioned when we were leaving. There was no bar, only the option to order a drink at the reception so no where to relax in the evenings.The pool didnt appear to be heated but had a lovely area around it for relaxing in the sun with confortaable loungers. It was very close ro the beach and amenities. We didnt use the spa as day one we were exploring and the next day it was closed for cleaning. We visited off peak so maybe some of the issues were due to this.

Overall lovely hotel but has to pay for the safe €6 a night when it was already in the room and towels were hardly seen. None at the pool or the spa to use. Had to use the ones in the room and had to ask for clean ones after 3 days. Not the best

- Huone oli todella tilava, wc ja suihkutila todella iso ja nykyaikaisen hieno. - 4 tähden hotellissa olisi odottanut huomattavasti parempaa siisteyttä. Sängyn alusta, nurkat jne. pölyisiä/likaisia ja vaihdoimme huonetta kun ensimmäisen huoneen patjan välissä oli joku "örkki". Ei selvinnyt oliko joku paikallinen vaiko lude. Myös seuraavassa huoneessa suihkutilassa oli sinne kuulumaton asukki sekä suihkutilan lattiakaivo veti todella huonosti. - Aamupala suppeahko ja vaihtuvuutta erittäin vähän. Tuore puristettu appelsiinimehu todella hyvää ja näin plussaa. - Aulatila todella siisti ja biljardi sekä pingis ilmaista joka myös plussaa. - Allas melko pieni samoin kuin koko allasalue. Allasalueella rauhallista koska hotelli K16 - Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä sillä lyhyt matka joka paikkaan. - Asiakaspalvelu ihan hyvää tasoa.

Excellent hôtel, la chambre est très spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Grande douche, grand lit, canapé, balcon, tv... Tout y est. Mon mari et moi avons bien profité. Dommage que le spa était fermé les jours où nous étions a l'hôtel, c'est-à-dire le dimanche soir et le lundi...
