The apartment has a spacious ground floor terrace with sea views. The building entrance is at a lower level, so it is necessary to go up one floor from the street (the building has a lift). With capacity for up to 7 people, it is a perfect option for those seeking comfort, tranquillity and an unbeatable location by the sea.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- Check parking space availability (with supplement) upon your arrival at the office. Parking spaces in the building are limited and only standard cars are accepted (large cars do not fit).

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
