Propriété sale, cassé et récupération de clé pas à salou même
Cette propriété a de nombreux defauts
Tout d abord comment ne pas parlé de la saleté
-piscine tres sale (devenait de plus en plus verte au fil des jours)
-lave vaisselle immonde
-cafard dans la propriété, ect…
État de l appartement très mauvais
-énormément de choses sont à moitié cassé (ex des poignées collés avec du scotch…)
Enfin pour couronner le tout l agence pour prendre les clés est dans une ville à côté de salou (ce qui est très embêtant si vous n avez pas de voiture)
Bref un lieu où je ne retournerai jamais!
Nous avons réservé en ligne sur abritel une location pour 8 personnes gérée par l’agence planet costa dorada, elle même basée à vila seca qui se trouve à 10 min en voiture de Salou. Avant même notre arrivée on nous annonce qu’il faut aller chercher les clés à l’agence à défaut de payer un supplément de 80€ pour les avoir sur place. N’ayant pas de voiture sur place, bonjour ! Nous trouvons donc un moyen de nous rendre à l’agence, nous récupérons les clés et nous nous dirigeons vers la location. Une fois sur place quelle joie nous avons eu en voyant que les clés n’ouvraient absolument pas l’appartement que nous avions réservé. Nous en essayons d’autres un peu au hasard dans l’immeuble jusqu’à tomber sur l’un d’entre eux dont la clé est la bonne. Nous rappelons l’agence car l’appartement n’est pas le bon, il n’y a pas de balcon comme nous le souhaitions absolument, les lits n’étaient pas du tout ceux annoncés sur les photos, etc. En effet, à peine essayons nous de nous asseoir sur un lit que le pied de ce dernier lâche. En faisant le tour de l’appartement, tout en ayant l’agence au téléphone nous disant qu’ils ont donné l’appartement que nous avions réservé à un autre groupe, nous découvrons peu à peu que le ménage n’avait pas du tout été fait. Des draps de lits tachés et sales, des résidus de toutes sortes de choses au sol, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans le salon et même dans la cuisine. Nous n’avions même pas de tapis de bain, et les salles de bain sentaient l’urine du fait, à mon avis, qu’elles n’avaient pas été nettoyées depuis un bout de temps.
Un technicien de l’agence a fini par nous ramener quelques serviettes en plus et est venu réparer le pied de lit. Cependant, aucun geste commercial ne nous a été accordé malgré réclamation à l’agence et à abritel. Heureusement que l’emplacement était idéal et que nos voisins étaient adorables car ce genre d’arnaque peut très vite gâcher des vacances. Plus jamais !
