"The staff were friendly. There were maintenance deficiencies on the property that had be left unchecked for apparently a long time. Baseboards had water damage, dangling light bulbs outside etc. Considerably minor issues, but shouldn't be corrected. All in all, a great stay."

"We booked this on a whim because options were limited and I didn't plan well. We were pleasantly surprised! This is not a fancy resort and you won't get a nice lounge, Continental breakfast, outside hang out space, etc. but the staff are friendly and helpful. They printed the Park Pass for us at the desk, free of charge. They constantly keep snacks out - crackers, kind bars, Cliff bars, juices, and bottled water. Any other hotel charges for those items. These are free and available 24/7. The room was clean, but basic. No frills or anything fancy. Everything we needed to be out all day enjoying Acadia and Bar Harbor and sleeping at night. Definitely would stay again!"

"The property was very clean and well maintained. The shuttle bus service that runs all day into Bar Harbor is so convenient. No worries about parking. No long wait for shuttles. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and it did get quite hot after showering. I couldn’t even blow dry my hair in the bathroom it was so warm."
