Everything went pretty well! The only downsides were the room smelled of cigarette smoke, it was a little loud, and they wouldn’t problem solve with me for a late checkout past 11:30AM.

A super bizarre property with and identity crisis. Rooms are good sized and well laid out but for example it has a full kitchen and huge fridge but not a single plate, glass or Utensil so the only way to cook would be to bring all your own dishes, glasses and cookware. Huge fridge was very loud. Had to turn on A/C to drown out sound of fridge.

Our hotel does not require us to provide cooking utensils or eating utensils, these items must be brought in by the guest themselves or they can also purchase them in our My Store located next to the front desk.

The surrounding area is being developed. But the price is very good and the hotel is new. Unfortunately, my room smelled of cat urine.

It was very clean and well kept. Construction was going on while we were here but didn’t bother us. The free breakfast was not actually free you had to order room service but other than that it was very nice!

This place did the job perfectly well at an affordable price. It’s not high end but it’s fairly new, clean, adequately equipped and good value at its price point. It’s right next to Decker Lake TRAX station which makes getting into the City Centre easy. I’d stay again.

The room was good, bed were comfortable and price was right! The issue was more that we arrived late as we were traveling just needed somewhere to get a good couple hour of rest before back on the road. They lock the front door and the attended looked right at us and continued to just mosey around until I yelled please let us in! there is construction nearby currently so the rod in is also fairy rough right now. The last thing was they charged my card, not the typical incidental hold, $100.00 for incidentals and when I asked for proof of refund upon checkout, I hey said they would email that and have not. They said they can't do the refund until after 11 am and it should reflect back to my account in several days. Probably would choose a different option next time considering this is located in the same lot as about 3 other hotels.

Thank you for your feedback, each hotel has its own policy when it comes to deposits and posting the deposits. So some hotels will just put a hold while others will post the deposit. We understand your frustration that you experienced, however our employees are trained to not open the door for people unless they pick up the phone and confirm they have a reservation with us, this is a safety procedure we take to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

We had a nice stay overall. Staff was extremely nice and patient. There was only one front desk both afternoons checking people in so the check in lines were quite long and the poor staff did such a wonderful job getting through everyone in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of loitering behind the hotel where we ended up parking and a few people reaching into the cigarette disposers to grab cigarette butts just in front of the hotel as you walked in. Inside the facility was exactly as advertised, nice and clean. Even with construction of multiple buildings next to it, it was very quiet inside the rooms.

The hotel was not that great, they ran out of coffee 😐 and no really amenity. Also you get there ans there another 100 00 charge they had to do !! To get the room..lucky i got it back. 10 days later

The 100 charge is the deposit that we require, for incidentals, this is refunded back to you once you check out, as long as everything is fine with the room.

I asked for an extra key and the person at the front desk asked me to return it I’m like I usually get 2 keys. I didn’t feel like I was treated with respect as a customer. I called 5 times to the front desk and they’ll pick up and hang up I was trying to let them know about a noise complaint and never answered I didn’t get a good night sleep. I’m asking to get refunded I never ask for my money back but this time I deserve it.

Nice large room with a kitchen. The only inconvenience was getting to the hotel due to construction. The GPS will take you to the entrance that is blocked off. You have to drive around until the GPS reroutes you to the north entrance. Otherwise it is a really nice hotel.

Construction makes it hard to get into the property. They turned our keys off repeatedly. House keeping missed our room, we had to ask the front desk for towels and he didnt seem to believe us. I double checked the charges when checking out and the staff was entirely confused. Told me to just call them if something charges differently.

Staff seemed inconvenienced during the check in process. Impatient and didn’t really give clear instructions so they were annoyed when I asked questions. We asked a different staff member where the stairs were and got “yes” as an answer and then she walked away. The first floor hallway smelled like cat urine. The room was functional and fairly clean. Having the fridge was nice. There is construction next door but that’s no fault of the hotels although it would have been nice to know prior.

I tried to cancel my reservation over a month in advance due to having surgery & being unable to make my trip. The staff was so Disrespectful, would not cancel & still charged me, even though Expedia was willing to cancel the stay. Highly Unrecommended.

We are unable to cancel reservations when you booked a non cancellable non refundable reservation. When you agree to the third parties terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the cancellation policy, your cancellation policy is a non cancellable non refundable reservation. To prevent such things in the future we highly suggest you read over the terms and conditions and ensure you are not booking a non cancellable non refundable reservation.
