Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was conveniently located to get to Snowbird and Solitude. House was clean and fairly well stocked. We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated without being overdone. Bryan was great to work with. Plenty of room, and our bed was comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped also.

Excellent location and Peak Communication!

Our first trip to Utah and we had an amazing experience here! The home was clean and stocked with AMPLE room for a large group. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and could easily house 6 more people comfortably. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive to every request and questions we had. They were the most easy hosts we’ve ever experienced and we are seasoned VRBO users. We will definitely be back!!

Property sits in dead end street which makes for a very quiet location. Short walk to local school that has two playgrounds. Comfortable for our party of 7 adults and 6 younger children.

Great Property for Families

This was a Grandparent, Kid, Grandkids vacation. We had plenty of room for everyone. The Ping Pong table was a hit, I’m sure there will be a table purchase soon! We were able to travel to and from our events easily and loved having a place to rest in between all the fun.

Beautiful house in a great location

It's a well-stocked house, dishes, spices, nice fridge with an ice maker which was used a lot. Nice TVs, comfortable beds, and internet. Close to good stores but off the main thoroughfare in a quiet location. Nice view of the mountains. They were quick to respond to our messages snd help with anything that we needed help with. We would definitely stay here again!

Family lagoon trip

Great location

Pros: House is spacious and could easily accommodate 8 people. Location is great with proximity to shopping and restaurants and Cottonwood Canyon. Cons: The kitchen is under-equipped with limited number of glasses. Window shades are broken and living room couch is stained. Everything is a bit low grade, especially for the price.

Owners/property managers were very friendly

Property wasn’t as clean as advertised, fridge and washing machine, oven and BBQ were a little dirtier than other vacation rental properties we’ve stayed at. We communicated with owner and they were very apologetic and said they would bring issue up with cleaners. Bathroom also had toilet paper stuck in holes in drywall to try and hide/mask them. Overall great property, great location awesome hosts. Highly recommend for large families.

Great Trip to SLC

As a group our family, who live all over the American West, decided we would meet up in SLC for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were very excited when we found this particular house. Our excitement was very very very well founded. The house was clean, had a lot of comfortable sleeping space/options and was well situated to take advantage of the area. The owners could not have been better. We had a minor issue which they cleared up quickly and with no drama. Then, when we got a pretty decent snow, they came and plowed the walkway, sidewalk and driveway without us even asking. They TRULY cared about our experience. I can not say enough nice things about them. We loved this place and are seriously considering doing Thanksgiving there again next year if they will have us.

Gathering Space

The home has three ample areas for hanging out, living room, basement and patio. The kitchen features a large island for prepping and serving food as well as seating. Great for our family of 14. The 3 stars overall is due to the little things and apparent lack of attention to maintenance. The bunks need to be tuned up, they are extremely squeaky. No towel bars in the bathrooms, hooks fell off the holders, cupboards that were not wiped out, yard work way over due. Not as portrayed in the photos. Wear and tear happens, but this property has clearly been neglected. A little TLC and I would give it 5 stars.
