- Best location in SLC! One block away from downtown and the beautiful state capitol building. Walk to dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars. Easily explore Memory Grove and City Creek Park. Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding look like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time but we are always available to help if needed. Let us know if you have any questions!
