Is this house haunted???

Where do I begin? This place, which our group dubbed the haunted mansion, did not meet our expectations of a VRBO. Rather, it was a great disappointment. Firstly, the photos don't match the reality of the place. It claims to have three bedrooms, but it's really just one. The other 'bedrooms' were three beds on a second floor landing and a pull out couch in the study, where a fireplace made weird noises throughout the night It was pretty run down and dirty. It looks like they bought the place and didn't put any money into it. The first thing we opened was the refrigerator and it was gross. Filthy within with some old cheese in there.Communication was really difficult; at one point we had locked ourselves out and it took a number of hours to get in contact with someone and eventually get back into the space. They were really unresponsive via the VRBO website and their phone number. The house was not stocked with very much. Minimal amenities that did not make for a comfortable stay. One glaring example is that on two of the beds, we found blood stains. Overall, I could not recommend this place for people stay, unless they like feeling like they're in an episode of Ghost Hunters. But really, this place isn't great and you're better off finding another VRBO.
