  • Nestled between the charming Fairpark and Marmalade districts, this home is a great jumping off point for your Salt Lake City vacation! Enjoy the outdoors, restaurants, museums and more from this newly remodeled historic duplex. With easy access to I-15 you’ll be just a short drive from the airport and 40 minutes from 8 of the world’s best ski resorts. There is something for everyone!
    The space..
    On the main floor you will find a completely open kitchen and living room space. With 1 bedroom being located on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, you will find each of them to be set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

    There is a fully fenced in courtyard in the back a wood fire pit, plenty of room for your dog to run around.

    Laundry area has both washer and dryer and a folding table. It’s all there for your convenience.
