- One bedroom with a king‑size 12" memory foam mattress, room‑darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for added warmth.

- Sleeps up to 4; if a fourth guest joins, advanced notice is required to prepare an air bed.

- Reliable Wi‑Fi throughout the unit and a dedicated workspace with a desk keep you productive.
