This is a great place to stay for an individual or a couple whether you are vacationing or in town for work. The owners are great. They are very responsive to your needs and any issues. I highly recommend The Coz!

They’ve thought of everything-great back yard and quiet neighborhood. Don’t miss the hike to the suspension bridge. Close to ski resorts, shopping, dining. Thanks for a great stay!

The hosts clearly took all the steps to make this a fantastic rental. We were comfortable during our stay and loved the perks like the decorative finishes, fireplaces, and massage chair.

This is an exceptional property. The host has gone to lots of trouble with little touches to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. Property is spacious and well laid out with a beautiful garden. Highly recommend!

The Coz was an amazing place to stay! Incredibly clean and well appointed; close to the mountains and stores; and very comfortable. Troy is a very thoughtful and responsive host. This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at! Highly recommend!!!

Great Spot!

This is a great place to stay. It’s cozy, well set up and had enough room for my family of four. Husband loved the massage chair. Host were more than accommodating and just genuinely nice people. Good location to food and gas. Would def stay here again.

We have stayed at The Coz multiple times. It will continue to be our “go to” when we are in the Salt Lake area. Quite neighborhood, close to shopping and eating and wonderful hosts.

Soccer trip

One of the Best Vrbo as I’ve stayed in yet! This basement apartment is huge and beautifully remodeled. We stayed here for soccer for my daughters after a long day at the fields she loved sitting in the massage chair that relaxed her muscles. Than you Troy for a wonderful stay in your place.
