Welcome to our cozy and inviting studio apartment located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City! This delightful space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. And to make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee and tea, so you can enjoy a hot beverage any time of day.
The bathroom is modern, featuring towels, and all the necessary toiletries. And for added convenience, the property offers self-check-in and easy parking located just outside the door, allowing you to come and go as you please.

Great place to stay

The price per night was great!! Easy to check in and out and once you know where the place is it is easy to find. I will stay there again in the future if there are openings. The one negative thing about the place is that there is one exit point in the parking lot that is narrow and rough to drive up. It would be nice if that got smoothed out.

Great studio apartment for the price

We came to SLC for a business conference. The space was clean, enjoyed the gym space and the hot tub, laundry room available as well. We had a snag with code to get in but owner was easily accessible and fixed this right away. Definitely a good place to go for all the amenities. Close to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods as well!

Great place

Will definitely stay again during our next trip. Perfect space for just the 2 of us. Convenient to everything and so quiet! We were surprised at how quiet it was. Would highly recommend!
