We are minutes from Downtown and have quick access to freeways that take you to Utah's finest ski resorts. We are within walking distance of grocery stores, a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, city parks, the University of Utah, entertainment options, Primary Children's Hospital, and more.

    Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Private Office, for all of you Remote workers! Original hardwood floors and wood trim throughout the large open living room lead to a large balcony.
