*****Why do people love this Sugarhouse property?*****

*This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2014 and then again in 2023! All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible.

*Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away.

*Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night.

*Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Read the reviews - one of the things our guests comment on most is the high level of personalized attention they get before and during their stay. We work hard to ensure your stay is the best it can be.

The property was very nice and clean. Loved having the split floor plan of two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Very spacious, and great location! Beautiful Park directly across the street, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed here one night during a road trip. Very nice house and clean. The kids were thrilled to have the entire basement level to themselves, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge area with big couches. We walked to the Dodo restaurant nearby and to Baskin Robbins ice cream, all very convenient.

The house was clean and the perfect size. downsides: the street was under heavy construction so was hard to get in and out, the front/back lawns weren’t mowed, our truck had difficulty getting up the narrow drive (bushes should’ve been trimmed, a huge load of linens was left in the dryer. Otherwise, great place and I’d rent again after street construction is complete.

Great accomodations for family celebration!

Stayed here four nights with family for son's graduation from the U. Emily quickly responded to all my questions and made the stay easy and comfortable. The home is in a convenient location, was clean, and the appliances and fixtures were in good working order. Linens and towels were fresh and new. Beds and pillows were good. Did not hear traffic in the house despite being on a major road. Bedrooms are in the back and downstairs. Bathrooms and bedrooms even had nightlights - an indicator of the host's attention to detail, which was evident throughout. Being across from the park and near many restaurants and grocery stores was great for our event. The only challenge was backing down the narrow driveway and the limited space to hang bath towels for seven people. Our family agreed we would stay here again in the future!

SPOTLESS!

We were in the Sugar House area for a wedding and this worked perfect for us. We loved gmhav8ng the park across the street and being able to easily walk each morning for coffee but best of slll, this prpperty was SO Clean! My experienxed "vrbo-renting" daughter-in-laws said it was the cleanest house they had ever stayed in! Emily was quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay and the check- in process was easy. Our only recommendation would be to add a mirror to the other bedroom upstairs (very minor!) We would definitely stay again!!! THANK YOU!

Very nice house at excellent location

We stayed three nights in June with five family members. The location across from sugarhouse Park is ideal for being centrally, located in the city with nice nature and some restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a very nice small backyard and patio, and is clean and simply kept.

The house is very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The owners were attentive and easy to work with. We would stay again and recommend to others as well.
