This home consists of two units. Each has its own Private Entrance, Laundry, Thermostat, great insulation and nothing is shared. This listing is the bottom unit.

- State of the art insulation, blocks noises, foot steps, and smells.

The space
One of the bedrooms is a master with bathroom.
There are two King Beds, One Queen Bed and a bench bed that can be extended to a bed that would comfortably sleep one or two more people. There are extra pillows and linens if needed.

Other things to note
- Studio quality sound proofing insulation throughout for maximum quietness and comfort.

- Central Air System includes Purifier & Humidifier. Salt Lake Valley has air pollution problem and your sleeping quality will improve with clean air.

- Clean Water, water softener and filter installed.

We went to Utah to have Thanksgiving with some family that lives there we realized we did not have enough seats for our dinner and the host was kind enough to bring us some all in all everything was great. The house has a really nice layout for its size.

Spent 2 weeks here on a ski trip. Everything could not have been easier. The place was spacious and comfortable and true to the photos. Adam was super responsive and quickly provided replacements for a few missing kitchen basics.

Great location for visiting family in Murray, UT

The rental location is across the street from Murray Park. It was very convenient for taking my grandson there. It was also close to my son's family in Murray. I stayed here last year, and the kitchen was better stocked with cooking accessories this time which I really appreciated.

Nice Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath. We loved the master retreat with ensuite bath and walk in closet. Very comfortable for us and another couple to enjoy a work/ski vacation. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs.

Siblings get-away

This property was a great location for our family to reunite. We had a siblings trip to celebrate our youngest sisters 60 th birthday. With 3 siblings and spouses, the 2 king beds and 1 queen bed rooms were very comfortable. The location was great for evertything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy and the place was just like in the pictures. Having a park right across the street was convenient for evening strolls.

Ideal location for multi ski area trips

I have stayed here before and I feel that if you plan to ski up in Deer Valley, it’s 45 minutes….Snowbasin is an hour…and we got to Alta in 38 minutes ( longer coming home) . This roomy place works great for that. Bed was cozy and the place is modern. We will be back again.

Just right.

Great location. We went to the NCAA tournament in Salt Lake and this was close enough to have easy access but far enough away to be quiet. It took about 15 minutes to get there and back. The house was great for 2 teenagers and adults. We really only slept there but it worked great for our needs. The host was always good to communicate and the property was clean. Will stay here again!

This apartment has really lovely finishings in every room. Spacious, comfortable beds. It's garden level, but there's plenty of light. Hooks in the front hall would be useful, but that's the only touch that hasn't already been handled.
