Great location. Lots of room for families, co-workers, or friends. Great separation of sleeping and hang out spaces. 2-car Garage parking. Private Hot Tub.
Only 15 min to Snowbird or Alta and only 20 min to Solitude or Brighton. A 35 min drive will get you to main street in Park City as well as Deer Valley resort and The Canyons.

Great place for the 5 guys who were skiing at Alta and Snowbird. Host Brian was very helpful and provided some really useful tips on getting to the mountain. Plenty of room, nice and clean, and a nice hot tub on the deck.
This is the perfect location to ski areas, park city and area attractions in SLC. The condo was spacious and comfortable. So enjoyed our time in the hot tub.
Very pleasant stay and plenty of room for our group of 6. Well located with good access to Big and small canyon roads. Great communication with the owner.

I love the complex this property is in because it’s a beautiful area, close to Snowbird and Alta, lots of lovely restaurants and shopping in the area. The condo we found to be spacious, very clean, very comfortable and exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time!
Fabulous place. Everything was as advertised. Can't imagine a better location for going up the canyons. Was our second time at this property and we would definitely come back.
Property was excellent. Great proximity to everything. The master on the second floor is enormous. There’s three bedrooms on the main floor and one of them serves as a second master. Plenty of room for everyone in the great room and having cable TV was a bonus. Home was very clean and the owner left a binder with all the information we needed. Thank you for a great weekend.
This was a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy during a wedding weekend. The location is very convenient, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.
The decor is a bit worn but for our purposes it was a great place to stay and we especially appreciated how easy and nice it was to communicate with the owners. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place!
Great value for a ski condo with access to the canyons and PC. No issues with the property at all, the listing was accurate. Good communication from the property owners and manager.
Good location. Close to shuttle bus stop for Big Cottonwood resorts. Quick drive to Alta/Snowbird. Food and ski/snowboard shop walking distance from place. Enjoyable stay. Townhome is spacious. Owners respond to any questions quickly.
Overall perfect place for what we were looking for. Just as advertised, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub worked great and fantastic location for skiing all around SLC. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and the condo was stocked with extra everything...toilet paper, towels, silverware, etc. The washer and 2 stall garage were especially nice as well as walking distance to a great coffee shop and restaurant. Plan to come back as the location could not be beat.
We had stayed in another condo on the same property the year before and had positive experiences. This year’s experience was similar. The property had the space and amenities we needed, and the manager was very responsive. Would recommend!
Great location for multiple ski resort access, especially Alta, Snowbird, Solitude & Brighton.
We selected this location for its proximity to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude & Brighton which worked out well. A very convenient location for these ski destinations. The size and layout of the condo worked well except for the kitchen which is small and needs remodeling and a wall removed to open it up to the living room. 5 Stars for location, size, layout, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the size of the two car garage. While this property looks relatively new on the outside, the inside shows it is an older property in need of interior remodeling such as new carpet, paint, and kitchen renovation. While there are lots of pots and pans, they are mostly scratched and ruined teflon pans that need to be thrown away for both health and performance reasons. We actually purchased some stainless steel pans at Costco and left them there. We would stay here again for a trip to Alta & Snowbird.
Great condo for group of friends. A lot of singles and bunks which were fine for our group who was looking for reasonable accommodations. Bathrooms were solid, but shower heads and water pressure could be better. Great location. Literally took us 21 minutes to get to Snowbird parking lot on a Monday. Longest drive was on Saturday to Solly. Our group left a bit later but it took almost an hour. Commute back was under 30 min every day as we left the slopes after 4:00. They communicated really quickly through VRBO and were quick to help get hot tub fixed. We only didn’t have access for 1 day which was our fault for overflowing. Great condo, good house. Recommended.
