We showed up at 8:30 pm after an all day drive and the hotel was overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. Didn’t get to another hotel until 10:00pm! They said Expedia made a mistake

Poor experience and I am staying at this hotel again. My room was loud due to a vibrating noise that even shook the floor. The hotel staff shared that other guests have complained about this room yet they continue to use this room.

The area is beautiful right close to the mountains, and the breakfast was better than most free breakfasts at hotels.

The property could easily been given 5 stars across the board but the tiles in the hot tub were filthy you can feel the grease on them above the water line. I did not go in pool but I am willing to bet those tiles are also in need of cleaning not to the same extent. This is basic maintenance

Everything was excellent; except The breakfast needs some serious upgrades, the waffle maker needs to be replaced, the hot breakfast items all seemed artificial and not fresh. I will def stay again but not plan on having the breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed there in order to have close access to Snowbird and Brighton. When the road closed due to snow, they suggested the transportation option and patiently showed us the routes. Breakfast is convenient, bus was easy, room was comfortable and clean! Highly recommend.

It was dated, but clean and seemed well run. The Mattress was a little worn, but not bad. Was a descent stay, I do recommend.

The location was perfect for a 3-day ski trip to Solitude, Snowbird, and Alta. UTA and Cottonwood connect stopped at property. Clean room, jacuzzi, close walk to restaurants.

Second time staying at this property and the staff have been very friendly and attentive each time. Full breakfast is nice and rooms are comfortable. Ski bus picks up and drops off right out front. They will even check ski gear downstairs during the visit. Hot tub is a little spartan (needs REAL jets) and there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Noise travels from adjacent rooms. In-room climate control can also be noisy.
