This historic 1860s farmhouse in Millcreek is centrally located with easy access to downtown and the canyons for hiking and skiing. The house is an ideal spot for a vacation, small event, reception, meeting, retreat, bridal showers, engagement party, or photo shoot. The first floor layout includes a large living room (with TV and Bluetooth sound system), dining room leading to the kitchen, and full bathroom. There are two large, bright, and airy upstairs bedrooms with king size beds and cozy linens for a luxurious night of sleep. Useable outdoor areas include front porch and rear patio area. Onsite parking for up to 12 cars and nearby street parking.
