Awesome place to stay close to campus, restaurants, and shopping. Great kitchen - ate in for supper and breakfast. Quiet and very comfortable. We will stay here again!

This was great place and conveniently located in Salt Lake close to the trax, dinning, groceries and the University. Check the shower/tub faucet, it was hard to pull on. Thanks for providing a great stay.

Excellent stay in downtown SLC

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was spotlessly clean and very close to the Trax station, which made getting around easy. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool. The full-sized kitchen was well stocked. The host was fantastic with communication, always quick to respond and very helpful. Parking was wonderful and easy - we were able to park right outside the front door. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The property is great in regards to location, met our needs. The property is outfitted with appropriate kitchen tools and such. Bed is good, couch is to be desired, tv & connections are great. Liked the door lock made really easy. Laundry is very good. Only issue is couch, needs to be replaced.

Clean and close to downtown Salt Lake City. Owner was informative and attentive, very comfy bed!! For those who like to sleep with a fan going there is one provided. No major check out duties other than tidy up, do not have to do laundry or strip the bed which to us was a huge deal! I recommend this property for your stay!

Condo apartment was great, the squeaky bed was terrible

The condo apartment and the pool was very enjoyable. The unit was very clean, decorated appropriately, and furnished nicely (EXCEPT FOR THE BED). I have never slept in a more squeaky bed in my life, the springs squeak (and wake you up) with every move that you make in your sleep all night long. Only two saving graces prevented this trip from being a total disaster. 1.) I rented alone, and thankfully did not have my girlfriend staying with me (use your imagination, that would've totally sucked), and 2.) Luckily, the neighbor resident downstairs (James) is very hard of hearing and thankfully I did not wake him up all night long with every move every night (I asked him). That bed needs to be replaced (I am very sorry to say)!!!.
