Located in a quiet and peaceful culdesac bordering Cottonwood Heights, our lower level unit is the perfect basecamp to adventure and have space to work. Comes with a dedicated office with two mounted monitors, fast wifi, fire pit, possibly pet friendly depending on the situation and a fenced in backyard with plenty of space. Only 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 30 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, 35 minutes to historic Main St. Park City, and close to restaurants/shopping.
No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.
