Had a great stay at this property. Felt very comfortable staying here. We would very highly recommend it if you are in SLC. Hands down it is the cleanest property we have stayed at to date and the art was fantastic. Beds comfortable. Patio was also great as were the amenities on the property.

We really enjoyed our stay - thank you so much! The property was really nice with beautiful artwork throughout. It had absolutely everything we needed. Ryan was very communicative and accommodating. Great location! I would absolutely stay here again if I return to SLC!

Great Location

Great location- Good response from owner- Realistic pricing - Terrace was good - pool and ping pong area was clean and well stocked. The fob situation in the lock box was unique, but we got the hang of it.

Wonderful downtown apartment

Visited SLC for 4 days. 2Br/2Bath apartment had everything one could need. Location is perfect, near both the Arena and Convention Center.

A great place for business travelers!

We loved the beautiful artwork in this suite! The apartment was very conveniently located within a short walk to our conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center. The place was very clean, comfortable, modern and well-maintained. We appreciated having access to the parking garage. All communication was clear, helpful and timely. We also really enjoyed the rooftop deck and clubhouse lounge areas. Overall a great stay and we would highly recommend it for business travelers.

Perfect location walking distance to amenities

The location was perfect for walking downtown to Temple Square, Planetarium, restaurants and the Delta Centre. The suite was exceptional in setup for cooking and sleeping. Very safe underground parking and access to fitness room, rooftop terrace, etc. Artwork was gorgeous as well. Property manager was very communicative throughout stay.

Minutes from food and fun in downtown SLC

If you like art you’ll love this 2Bdr 2 bth apartment in downtown Salt Lake City. The owner of the apartment displays his spectacular picture art throughout the apartment. Located in a building with many amenities- gym, lounge, underground parking, is in walking distance from the Delta Center. City creek center has many food and shopping options. Finally many ski centers are 45 minutes away.

Highly recommend this condo.

I recently stayed at a beautifully appointed condo in Salt Lake City while in town for a medical procedure, and it was perfect. The space was thoughtfully designed with stunning artwork, high-end finishes, and a peaceful atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to downtown, the hospital, and even the Delta Center. We walked to the Delta Center to watch the Utah Jazz play, and it was a shorter distance than most people walked from parking!This condo exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Salt Lake for work, leisure, or other reasons.

Perfect in every way!

My family enjoyed our stay so much! Gorgeous condo and all of the amenities were just right. Comfortable beds, linens, even snacks which our teen boys loved. It’s all about the details and there wasn’t a single detail missed and impeccably clean throughout. Ryan is a wonderful host, very communicative. His artwork/photography throughout the unit is absolutely stunning! We look forward to returning when visiting SLC. Thank you!

Great place!

Had a great stay in downtown SLC. Great location for site seeing in downtown -- can easily walk or use the TRAX system. The condo has everything you need and beautiful artistic photos throughout. The building is very secure -- no one can get in without the key fob (several doors to go through with this). The only down side is we had one key fob and four people... Not that big of a deal for us, but if you are traveling with people who don't necessarily want to be all together all the time it could be a problem. The condo and building were very clean and we liked the rooftop patio area.

Reall nice stay with a good location

The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as the pictures described. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was really quiet as well. We didn’t hear any neighbors at all. We came for a lacrosse tournament at the regional athletic complex and it was a 12 minute drive. Also about 12 minutes to the airport. It was nice to stay in downtown but be close enough to the fields, restaurants, and City Center. Crown Burger is right across the street and has pretty good burgers. It was also nice to have the washer/dryer to clean his uniform in between games and to have our own designated parking spot. We didn’t check out much other than the gym, which was really nice and appreciated that it was open 24/7. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in SLC!
