This daylight basement apartment is your modern home away from home. This apartment has plenty of natural light, updated appliances, and separate secure entrance. It is centrally located, 20 minutes from the mountains and 20 minutes from downtown. Walking distance to many good restaurants, but tucked away in a cute neighborhood that will make you feel right at home. A five minute drive from Target and Trader Joes, anything that you may have forgotten you can easily pick up! The back yard is large enough for barbecues and has the perfect place for a firepit. On rainy or cold days, curl up inside with a blanket and take advantage of the provided puzzles, books, and games.

Great place to stay!

We booked this place for a month while visiting family in the area. The location was great and the host was very responsive. The description was accurate it met the needs of our family. We did a lot of cooking and there was plenty of dishes, cooking items, etc. Estelle did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks so much!
