We want to make your stay as simple and flexible as possible. A $500 security deposit is required as the standard option and is fully refundable after your stay, provided there are no damages or issues.

Prefer to skip the security deposit? No problem! You can choose our one-time $59 Damage Waiver instead, and the $500 security deposit will be waived.

Your choice: Pay the refundable $500 security deposit or enjoy the convenience of a one-time $59 Damage Waiver. Either way, you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay! 🏡✨

We love hosting furry friends, which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay and we charge $15 per pet per night.
The outdoor guest area is not fenced so pets must be leashed when outside.

STAIRS: There are 12 stairs leading down to the private entrance.

GARDEN LEVEL APARTMENT: This is a private garden-level (lower) unit with its own private entrance. A quiet long-term tenant resides upstairs, and some normal living sounds may be heard.

PARKING: There is plenty of street parking in front of the property.

We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25/hr. Please schedule this in advance.

I live 15 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years!

GARDEN (LOWER) LEVEL: This is a private garden-level (basement) apartment with its own entrance. A respectful long-term tenant lives upstairs, and you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as light footsteps.

PETS: We love hosting furry friends, which are welcome with an additional fee of $15 per pet per night. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each stay. Please crate your pet if you are leaving them alone in the property to avoid damages. The outdoors guest area is not fenced so pets must be leashed when outside.

FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.
If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

ALLERGIES: This is a pet-friendly home. We perform a thorough deep clean between each stay, however guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should consider this when booking.
