About this property

Legacy House: Roomy and wheelchair accessible house near the mountains.

  • You will have the entire private house to yourself, including a private yard and large kitchen.This single-level home is within 20 minutes of the airport, downtown dining and nightlife, skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, and more! The home is single level with easy access for wheelchairs. The kitchen has everything you need from large frig to Wolf gas stove. The dining table easily seats 8. The neighborhood is in a safe, quiet suburban area. The laundry room is large and bright. The 3 bedrooms are large. The back yard is private with wicker seating and propane bbq. There are two full bathrooms. We have a 3 night minimum stay, but are flexible for special needs. Just installed a tankless water heater…never run out of hot water! We have a manual wheelchair to borrow or a power chair to rent. There is a recliner in the LR.

Great location with easy access to both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons, plus plenty of nearby dining and grocery options. The kitchen is well-appointed, the space is roomy, and the beds are comfortable. The large outdoor areas and beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains.

Clean house in great location

We enjoyed our stay here for our annual guys ski trip. The location to access both canyons was great. The house was clean and well stocked. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future trips.

We were in SLC for our nieces wedding, the house was perfect, very clean, well appointed kitchen which was great as we doing cook. Great out door space with furniture and indoor seating, both kitchen and living room was very good. Accessible bathroom was great as one of our family has mobility issues. Host was attentive, easy to reach. We would recommend this house for short and long term stays.

Perfect place to bring our baby home

We were in SLC to adopt a newborn baby. The house was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable which can be hard to find JB rentals. Owners were very responsive. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best house I’ve ever stayed in. So equipped with everything you would ever need. Clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question I had. Very wheelchair accessible including a portable ramp as well as permanent ones. We had family stop in who had small children, this house comes with toys as well as games. We will for sure stay here again!

It is a good place to stay if you’re looking for a quite neighborhood not too far from slc. It was easy to navigate and the house was clean with all the amenities required.
