Very convenient location

Property was clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was there were a couple different codes given to enter security gate. Will certainly stay there again.

West North Temple

An excellent location for enjoying events at the Delta Center, Temple Square and the downtown. Very good for walk abouts. Would recommend to family and friends!

We were in SLC for a concert at the Delta arena. You can see the arena from front window of property. It's a short and safe walk to the arena. There are several good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Amazing location, thoughtful hosts

The best part about this place is the amazing location. We had an event at the Salt Palace and we were able to walk to it every day and come back to take a rest when we needed to. We also walked to many of the downtown attractions. It was a wonderful stay in that aspect. The host had things well stocked in the kitchen. Probably the best of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is definitely a little funky, but it worked. Check-in was easy and everything made sense for getting to the room easily. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels and everything for our family.

Two days in Salt Lake

The property met our needs. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was small but suitable. We couldn’t get Netflix to play a movie but we weren’t there with idol time long enough to worry about it. There weren’t many clean towels when we arrived but I located more in the dryer. All in all we were satisfied with our stay.

The location is excellent in terms of getting to and from Temple Square and the State Capitol. We walked everywhere! The condo itself is lovely. The kitchen is cute, functional, and well equipped. The living is spacious and would do well with an armchair. The three of us had to all sit on the couch to relax in the evening. The bedroom is a bit small, but manageable, and the back door of the condo opens into the bedroom, which is unusual. The bathroom has an odd layout, but is clean and worked well for us. I would caution people when getting in and out of the shower, as the shower floor can be slippery and the entrance into the shower stall is narrow. I would recommend this place to a couple or a small family.

Great Place in Downtown SLC

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The unit is so close to everything we needed access to. The place was clean and we were surprised to see there was also a washer and dryer. The unit was bigger than I expected. The bathroom is interesting, but works! Access was easy and felt safe. The bed in the bedroom felt more like a double bed and the other two beds (pull out couch and rolling cot) were unusable. Luckily we brought an air mattress. Marc was quick to reply to any messages.

I really like the location of the property, and it certainly meets most of my needs. I really only have two complaints. First, the temperature of the apartment was too cold, and I could not adjust the thermostat; ended up sleeping with my coat on. Second I sent several messages to the owner/manager, and could never get a reply of any kind. These two problems were unfortunate, as otherwise I like the plave.

Unstable WiFi and Broken Furniture

The location of this apartment was a few blocks from the person we were visiting so that was a big plus. The wifi was weak and insecure. We would not have been able to connect to the internet or use the TV without the hotspots on our phones. The couch was broken, and the apartment could have been cleaner. The property manager responded to our first question about the wifi - said to unplug/replug to restart the modem, but that had no change. The did not respond to the second question. We would not stay there again.

Perfect for Extended Stay

We were in town for a tournament, and loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We were able to eat health and cheaply along with wash out any stains on the athletes uniform. Perfect accommodations.

We loved this condo for our vacation. It was cozy and had a lot of character. Its proximity to downtown, the airport, and having a protected private parking space made everything so easy for us.
